Shipping Policy
General Information
To ensure timely delivery of your order, please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and complete. This includes correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route details if applicable. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages if the address provided is incorrect or incomplete at the time of purchase.
For PO Box deliveries, we ship via USPS, UPS and Fedex, but expedited shipping is unavailable for PO Boxes. We reserve the right to change carriers at any time.
Processing Time for Orders
Orders are processed based on the order date, typically within 1-3 business days, though it may take up to 5 business days to receive tracking information. Please note that USPS First Class and Priority services begin once your package leaves our facility, not from the original order date.
Shipping Timeline
Estimated processing, transit, and delivery times vary based on shipping method and destination. Both domestic and international shipping times may differ based on order weight and the selected service. Your order will be shipped according to the carrier and service level chosen at checkout.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse delivery of a package from oolvv.com, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as the cost to return the package. These fees will be deducted from any credit issued.
Delivery Claims
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, please take the following steps within 24 hours of the expected delivery:
- Verify the shipping address.
- Check for any delivery attempt notices.
- Inspect the delivery area for your package.
- Confirm if someone else accepted the delivery.
- Remember, some packages may pass through multiple carriers; check all locations where mail is typically received.
If you've completed all of these steps, please file a claim with the carrier that delivered your package. Once the claim is submitted, kindly email us at service@oolvv.com for further assistance.
Conditions for Return
You may return an unused product purchased at www.oolvv.com within the above return period, subject to your compliance with the following conditions:
- You include all original packaging in like new condition
- You include all accessories and documentation in undamaged, unused new condition
- You include the product in undamaged, unused like new condition
- You include a receipt documenting your purchase of the product at www.oolvv.com within the above return period.
How to Return your Product
To initiate your return, please use the following procedure:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
*Contact OOLVV Customer Support at service@oolvv.com, please don't return anything to OOLVV without speaking with service@oolvv.com. After we receive your email confirmed that your product is eligible for return, we will provide you with the appropriate return address for the item.
The customer must pay the shipping for the return package. Include the product and all required items listed above in the section “Conditions for Return.”
The receipt of purchase must indicate the product to be returned, price paid, and date of purchase.
*Ship the package at your local UPS or FedEx drop-off location.
If your item is broken, please dispose of it safely in the trash. Please DON'T return broken items to us.
If your item has been used, no matter how lightly, please DON'T return it to us. Even if you've cleaned it thoroughly, it's not worth the risk. It's illegal to ship items with drug residue.
Refund Timing
OOLVV will endeavor to issue a refund to the instrument of purchase within 10 business days of receiving an unused returned product that complies with the conditions for return set forth above. OOLVV reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from your order.
